Job summary

Press Ganey is seeking an Employee Experience Advisor who will partner with health care organizations to guide workforce listening strategies and drive engagement improvements. You will manage survey cycles, present findings to senior leaders, and train clients on online tools and dashboards.

The role combines analytics with advisory work across a national client base, with up to 25% travel and a remote/hybrid work model.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in healthcare, HR, business or related discipline.
4+ years of experience in healthcare, consulting, HR or related field.
Deep expertise in employee engagement and consulting.
Strong presentation skills with executive credibility.
Experience in healthcare industry.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as strategic advisor to client leadership teams for workforce listening strategy and engagement improvement.
Manage survey cycles with milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
Present findings to senior leadership, translating data into actionable steps.
Train and support clients in using Press Ganey tools and dashboards.
Collaborate across Press Ganey to deliver integrated solutions.
Contextualize client performance using national database for goal setting.
