Qualifications

Strong commercial acumen with renewal/upsell experience.
Experience managing strategic client portfolios and executive relationships.
Analytical mindset to translate data into actionable client insights.

Responsibilities

Own client and executive relationships across a portfolio of priority accounts.
Drive renewal outcomes and identify opportunities to expand TELUS Health solutions.
Lead business reviews, success planning and value realization discussions.
Translate data and trends into compelling client narratives to drive adoption.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, Operations and Clinical teams.
