Trulioo, a leading global identity verification platform, seeks a Strategic Customer Success Manager to drive health and revenue across key accounts from anywhere in the United States, with a preference for San Diego, San Francisco, or New York.

You will own customer success plans, lead high-stakes engagements, and collaborate cross-functionally to expand adoption and revenue while leveraging AI responsibly in your workflows.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in customer success or related B2B SaaS roles.
• Proven ability to manage multi-million-dollar enterprise customers.
• Strong stakeholder management across executive teams.

Responsabilités

• Own day-to-day engagement for top customers.
• Lead high-stakes engagements and resolve complex challenges.
• Drive adoption of Trulioo's product suite and maintain high NPS.
• Advise on roadmap and strategy based on customer feedback.
• Plan long-term expansion and upsell opportunities.
• Mentor CSM team and uphold Trulioo values.
• Leverage AI responsibly to improve productivity.
• Analyze usage data to prepare account plans.
