Job summary

Omnidian, Inc. seeks a senior accounting executive to lead the finance function, partnering with the CFO and business leaders to build scalable accounting infrastructure.

You will own close, consolidation, audit readiness, and tax strategy, while driving AI-enabled automation across reporting and systems. You will manage a team of 4-8, including the Assistant Controller, and serve as a trusted partner to Sales, Product, Operations, Legal, and HR.

Qualifications

• CPA credential required.
• Strong US GAAP expertise including consolidations and intercompany transactions.
• Proven ability to lead financial reporting for multi-entity organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close for US and international entities with speed and accuracy.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements under US GAAP including intercompany eliminations and multi-currency consolidation.
• Deliver reliable reporting to CFO, Board and investors.
