Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field; master's degree preferred.
• 5–10 years of consulting experience with a proven project-management track record.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage consulting engagements, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Conduct thorough assessments of client operations to identify improvement areas.
• Develop and present tailored strategies and recommendations to clients.
• Mentor junior consultants and promote a learning culture.
