You will steer multi-year growth strategies, align resources, and strengthen executive relationships while ensuring delivery excellence across service lines.

Location is remote in the United States; salary range 144k-236k USD depending on location and experience, with a Bachelor's degree and 15+ years in environmental

Qualifications

Minimum 15 years in environmental engineering and consulting with marketing/business development.
Bachelor’s degree required; Masters preferred.
Proven experience leading advisory services and executive leadership.
Willingness to engage with Board meetings and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Define and lead enterprise-level growth strategies for Type I/II clients.
Shape client business cases across service lines and geographies.
Drive expansion into advisory services and new markets.
Maintain executive-level relationships and ensure delivery excellence.
