Codeword, a remote-first agency with offices in NYC and SF, seeks a Senior Manager, Social Media & Content Creator to lead strategic and creative social programs for high-profile tech accounts.

You'll partner with strategy, copy, and design teams to translate complex technology into engaging, platform-native content, while guiding daily community management and performance-driven storytelling across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of hands-on experience leading audience-first social content creation for B2B tech clients.
• Deep-tech translator who humanizes complex topics for tech audiences.
• Proactive, organized leader who can onboard quickly and guide social programs.
• Expert at tailoring distinct brand voices across multiple accounts.
• Hands-on content creator writing platform-native copy and advising on visuals.

Responsibilities

• Produce native creative work for LinkedIn, X, Reddit, Discord and emerging channels.
• Lead production workflows across static, motion, and video content.
• Advise designers on visual guidance, aspect ratios, overlays, and thumb-stoppers.
• Partner with Copywriters to write and adapt copy for distinct brand personas.
• Own day-to-day community management across accounts.
