Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, English, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in communications, corporate communications, public relations, marketing communications, internal communications, or related discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication with excellent grammar, tone, and clarity.
• Ability to develop clear, engaging communications for different stakeholder groups.
• Experience writing reports, newsletters, announcements, and digital content.
• Familiarity with communication planning, stakeholder engagement, and messaging strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop, write, edit, and distribute internal and external communications across multiple channels.
• Develop communication strategies and messaging aligned with objectives and stakeholder needs.
• Collaborate with leadership, marketing, HR, operations, and other departments.
• Translate complex information into concise, audience-appropriate communications.
• Manage communication calendars, schedules, and distribution plans.
• Draft executive communications, leadership announcements, and presentations.
• Support employee engagement and organizational alignment initiatives.
• Create and maintain communication templates, guidelines, FAQs, and resources.
• Coordinate communications for initiatives, changes, projects, and events.
• Review materials for accuracy, tone, grammar, and consistency.
• Develop content for digital channels including email, intranet, websites, and social media.
• Monitor effectiveness, gather stakeholder feedback, and track engagement metrics.
• Stay informed on communication trends and best practices.
