Job summary

EPIC Brokers is seeking an experienced Client Management professional to guide health plan and PBM client relationships in a fully remote role across the United States. You will manage communications, align on scope, monitor performance, and coordinate multiple teams to ensure successful delivery and renewal outcomes.

The role emphasizes executive communication, contract interpretation, and proactive status updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, analytics, or related field.
• 3+ years in PBM, health plan, healthcare consulting or client management.
• Strong ability to manage relationships, priorities, risks, and deliverables.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and executive communication skills.
• Interpret contracts, utilization metrics, and financial info into clear actions.
• Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint; Salesforce/Harvest experience preferred.
• Collaborate across multiple teams without direct authority.
• Travel up to 25% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the lead consultant to align before communicating material recommendations or scope changes.
• Establish and manage client communication cadence, agendas, notes, and follow-up.
• Provide timely status updates on deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate client needs across Consulting, Product, Data, Clinical, Analytics, Finance, and Contracting.
• Maintain Salesforce account and project records, including milestones and renewal status.
• Monitor SLAs, deliverables, platform access, user counts, and contractual obligations.
• Steward client hours and utilization, review Harvest setup, and address overages or underutilization.
• Support invoice accuracy by validating account information, statements of work, and rates.
• Coordinate renewal planning, timelines, signatures, and purchase-order needs.
• Maintain awareness of implementations, data processing, and product enhancements; communicate impact.
• Review platform utilization to expand adoption via training and best-practice sharing.
• Identify risks to satisfaction and growth; coordinate corrective actions with owners.
• Support business reviews, scope development, and client presentations.
• Travel to client sites as needed.
