Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Lead Client Partner to drive strategic sales execution, client growth, and pipeline discipline across key verticals. You will partner with Sales, Finance, and Marketing to shape go-to-market planning and strengthen client engagement.

This remote role requires a Bachelor’s in Commerce/Economics/Finance, MBA preferred, and CBM is a plus; fluency in English (C2) is required. You will develop GTM strategies, manage engagement calendars, and translate complex business challenges

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Economics, or Finance required or equivalent.
• MBA or Master’s in Business Analytics preferred.
• CBM certification advantageous.
• Proficiency in sales, strategic forecasting, and planning.
• Fluency in English at a C2 level is required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales teams on GTM planning and pipeline management.
• Forecast accurately to support sales targets through business reviews.
• Lead deal qualification aligned with vertical strategies to ensure quality management.
• Work with Finance to align annual activities with financial objectives.
• Develop and implement GTM strategies and client nurturing plans with Marketing and IS.
• Create customized outreach strategies and manage engagement calendars effectively.
• Address complex business issues and translate insights into actionable strategies.
