Onsetto in the United States is seeking a Banking Customer Success Manager who will own the ongoing relationship with bank and financial institution partners, understand their goals, and develop a customer strategy to drive adoption and value realization.

You will manage health signals, lead quarterly business reviews with executive stakeholders, coordinate across product, sales and support teams, and pursue renewals and upsell opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Success or account management for B2B.
• 5+ years preferred in banking, fintech, or financial services.
• Experience driving adoption, engagement, retention or value realization.
• Experience managing customer health and renewal risks.

• Own the primary relationship with assigned banking customers and partners.
