Job summary

Onsetto, Inc. is seeking a Banking Customer Success Manager to own key bank and financial-institution relationships. You will develop customer strategies, drive adoption, and manage health and renewal risks to deliver value.

You will lead strategic engagements with executive stakeholders, coordinate across teams, and identify opportunities for expansions within existing partnerships. This is a remote-first role with growth alignment to company priorities.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in Customer Success or related role managing ongoing B2B relationships; 5+ years preferred.
• Experience in banking, fintech, or financial services is mandatory.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to lead strategic conversations with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage assigned banking partner relationships and strategy.
• Drive adoption and value realization through product usage and customer feedback.
• Monitor customer health, risks, and renewal timing; support contract renewals.
• Lead recurring business reviews with executives and stakeholders.
• Coordinate across internal teams to align on customer goals and outcomes.
