Job summary

Cresa seeks a Senior Analyst/Manager, Strategy & Analytics to turn labor, demographic, market and cost data into actionable real estate insights. You will own analytics projects end to end, from scoping with advisors to delivering client-ready outputs, and will help automate repetitive work with templates and AI-powered workflows.

Qualifications

Strong ArcGIS, Alteryx and Tableau skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
Experience with labor market data, ideally Lightcast.
Understanding of CRE fundamentals: occupancy costs, rents, and site selection.
Proven ability to translate analytics into executive-ready narratives.
Comfort working with senior advisors and client executives.
Ability to manage multiple remote projects with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

Deliver location and market analyses, build site rankings and cost models.
Own projects end to end from scoping to client-ready outputs.
Produce rapid analytics for pursuits and differentiate in pitches.
Tell the story with visuals in Tableau and PowerPoint, often with advisors present.
Create reusable templates and AI-assisted workflows to speed delivery.
