Job summary

FutureSearch is a fully remote startup accelerating strategic partnerships with frontier AI labs, investors, and customers. The Director of Partnerships sources, negotiates, and closes high-stakes deals, collaborating closely with the VP of Research and CEO to map growth opportunities.

You will leverage a strong technical background and an extensive AI network to drive rapid growth while coordinating across global teams and travel when required.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background required.
• Proven track record closing deals worth six figures+.
• Ability to negotiate complex contracts.
• Robust pre-existing network in AI research.
• Excellent interpersonal empathy; understanding client needs.
• High ambition to influence frontier AI directions.

Responsibilities

• Source and close high-stakes partnerships and deals.
• Build and manage relationships with AI labs, investors, grantors, and customers.
• Collaborate with VP of Research and CEO to shape strategy and opportunities.
• Represent the company to key industry players and events.
• Drive expansion while aligning with company growth objectives.
