You will own end-to-end delivery of complex AI-driven and human agent solutions at enterprise scale, collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, Solution Architecture, Product, and Engineering.

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering or related field, plus 10+ years of relevant experience.
• 7+ years managing enterprise-grade software or SaaS implementations.
• Proven success leading multi-workstream engagements with contract values over $500K.
• Strong governance, financial management, and executive stakeholder alignment.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex, multi-workstream customer engagements end to end, managing scope, timelines, budget, and risk.
• Translate AI-driven use cases into deployable delivery plans and workflows with customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate across Solution Architecture, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to stay delivery-aligned.
• Identify and mitigate technical and organizational risks and monitor post-deployment signals to drive adoption and outcomes.
• Travel up to 10–15% for customer onsite engagements or events.
