Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of coding data pipelines, ensuring quality and timelines.
• Drive automation of pipeline workflows with QC and reporting.
• Coordinate across experts, reviewers, and clients for execution consistency.
• Define task specs, golden samples, and review rubrics to set quality standards.
• Track and optimize pipeline health across quality metrics.
• Lead continuous improvement based on client feedback and performance data.
