Job summary

CohnReznick is seeking a Senior AI Solution Manager for its Strategic AI team. The role focuses on delivering AI-enhanced business solutions across workflows and processes, starting from problem definition, through prototyping, to deployment within client environments.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in product management for SaaS and 3+ years in ML/data science, plus hands-on experience with Azure AI, OpenAI, and Copilot. This remote role may require office presence with notice.

Qualifications

2-3 years' experience delivering applied AI solutions (e.g., workflow automation, intelligent interfaces)
5+ years of Product management experience building SaaS platforms or applications
3+ years of ml/data science experience
Familiarity with enterprise AI tools (Azure AI, OpenAI, Copilot)
Portfolio of personal AI projects (GitHub, demos)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in writing code and deploying applications using AI code generation tools

Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of AI-enhanced business solutions from problem definition to deployment
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand problems and desired outcomes
Define scope, success metrics, and solution architecture for AI-enhanced applications
Prototype, build, and evaluate AI-integrated workflows using approved tools and platforms
Validate and pilot solutions in real-world environments; prepare for deployment and training
Serve as escalation point for deployed solutions
Maintain an AI-native approach throughout the lifecycle
Document learnings and contribute to internal knowledge sharing
