Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or related field.
• Proven enterprise-level account management or strategic sales experience.
• Experience in life sciences quality, regulatory, and compliance domain.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM and account planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Own a book of strategic accounts and manage multi-stakeholder relationships.
• Develop quarterly named account plans with contact maps, relationship health, expansion opportunities, and renewal forecasts.
• Lead executive business reviews with senior customer stakeholders.
• Identify and close expansion opportunities: new use cases, user growth, and product adoption.
• Collaborate with Sales, CS, and Product on strategic opportunities and revenue expansion.
• Maintain accurate account records and forecasting; flag risks early to leadership.
• Use AI tools to improve account planning, stakeholder research, and expansion opportunity identification.
