Medline is seeking a Strategic Accounts Executive to lead sales within major accounts in the healthcare sector. You will partner with field sales to craft optimal product mixes, deliver cost savings, and ensure successful implementation and inventory availability.

The role focuses on growing market share while maintaining profitability and executing sales plans aligned with corporate goals. The position requires strong executive communication, strategic account planning, and the ability to

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business or clinical-related field.
At least 7 years of direct sales and/or account management experience to include healthcare.
Demonstrated ability to engage and present to senior management or C-suite with the goal of influencing decisions.
Experience evaluating customer needs and building business cases.
Exposure to and use of CRM software.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute account strategies for long-term profitable growth.
Manage key accounts and drive renewals, expansions and cost savings.
Collaborate with field sales, product divisions and internal teams on contracts and implementations.
Lead day-to-day activities of the Strategic Accounts team and coordinate cross-functional projects.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and respond to RFPs.
