As Strategic Account Manager, you own the long-term health and growth of a portfolio of Managed Services clients, serving as the primary business relationship and aligning client priorities with Fortified Data capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in account management with renewals and expansions.
• Strong ability to present to IT leadership (CIO/CTO) and execs.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Own the relationship with a portfolio of Managed Services clients.
• Lead regular business reviews linking activity to uptime, risk, and renewals.
• Identify and develop expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
• Coordinate with POD Leaders and architects to create proposals.
• Maintain accurate client records and forecasts in HubSpot.
