Fortified Data is a fully remote database services company serving clients across the United States. The Strategic Account Manager will own the long-term health and growth of a portfolio within the Client Success team, becoming the primary business relationship for each client.

You will pair relationship management with enough technical fluency to discuss database platforms, cloud migration, and data risk, identify expansion opportunities, and coordinate with Fortified Data experts to present

Qualifications

• 5+ years in account management or client success.
• Experience with managed services or recurring revenue.
• Proficiency with a CRM and pipeline forecasting.

Responsabilités

• Own portfolio client relationships and renewals.
• Lead business reviews linking activity to outcomes.
• Identify expansion opportunities within accounts.
• Collaborate with POD Leaders and architects on proposals.
• Monitor health signals and renewal risk.
