Job summary

Dow is seeking a Customer Manager to oversee key account portfolios and craft sales plans that align with Dow’s strategic goals. You will lead customer relationships, detect client needs, and drive revenue growth across our commercial hubs in the United States.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree (or military equivalent) and at least five years of relevant experience. Travel may be required; US work authorization is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military equivalent required or above.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship is available.

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolio and prepare and implement sales plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships, understanding needs and identifying new clients.
• Input information in CRM and SmartPrice in line with Dow processes.
• Manage Sales Contracts following Dow guidelines and regional requirements.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve volume and value goals.
• Collect market intelligence to shape sales/marketing strategies.
• Lead negotiations and implement price changes and strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver CX results.
