Ladders is seeking a Strategic Account Executive - Healthcare for a remote role to drive growth within healthcare accounts, partnering across providers and payers. You will own complex enterprise sales, build pipeline through disciplined prospecting, and translate capabilities into business value for stakeholders.

The position emphasizes shaping account strategy, deepening customer engagement, and sustaining revenue growth with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifikationen

7+ years in enterprise software/SaaS/cybersecurity or identity sales with quota history.
Experience selling to healthcare accounts (providers and payers).
Ability to generate pipeline and navigate complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
