PaceMate is seeking a Strategic Account Executive (remote, full-time) to own executive-level partnerships with high-value EP, cardiology, and heart failure practices across enterprise hospital systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic outcomes, renewals, and upsell, while maintaining multi-year account plans and budgeting discipline.

Ideal candidates have healthcare enterprise SaaS experience, strong CRM capabilities, and history of post-sale revenue growth.

Qualifikationen

Experience owning post-sale revenue, renewals, and expansion.
Experience with hospital systems, IDNs, or large multi-site healthcare organizations.
Proficient with Excel, Word, Adobe, PowerPoint.

Aufgaben

Serve as strategic executive contact for accounts in assigned geography
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Clinical, and Customer Success teams
Translate operational performance into executive-level ROI insights
Lead point of contact for all Key Accounts
Drive expansion through clinics, service lines, or offerings
Manage expenses within budget
Travel between 50% - 70%
