US Foods is seeking a Project Manager - Store Development to lead end-to-end remodels and new store builds across multiple markets. The role is virtual/remote within the United States (excluding Hawaii and territories) with about 50% travel, and requires coordinating with Real Estate, Store Operations, Merchandising, IT and Finance.

You will develop project plans, manage budgets from $5,000 to $1M+, monitor costs, and ensure adherence to brand standards and codes.

Qualifications

• Five years of retail management and/or five years related project management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects across markets.
• PC proficient; strong knowledge of construction methods, permitting, ADA/code compliance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, AutoCAD or equivalent PM tools.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end remodeling and new store construction projects from planning to completion.
• Coordinate with Real Estate, Store Operations, Merchandising, IT and Finance.
• Prepare estimates, manage budgets up to $1M+ and track spend.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and critical paths.
• Ensure quality, brand standards, and regulatory compliance throughout lifecycle.
