Job summary

US Foods is seeking a Project Manager - Store Development for CHEF'STORE to lead end-to-end construction and renovation projects with up to 50% travel. This remote role coordinates Real Estate, Operations, Merchandising, IT, and Finance to deliver on-time openings and within budget.

The ideal candidate has five years in retail or project management, strong expertise in construction methods, permits, ADA/code compliance, and proficiency with MS Project, Excel, AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Five years of retail management and/or five years related project management.
• Proficiency in construction methods, permitting processes, retail operations, and ADA/code compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, AutoCAD, or equivalent construction/project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of remodels, store refurbishments and facility maintenance projects.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans including timelines, budgets, scope, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with Real Estate, Store Operations, Merchandising, IT, and Finance to ensure alignment throughout project lifecycles.
• Serve as primary liaison between the company and architects, engineers, general contractors, and other external partners.
• Monitor project spend and budgets; manage cost against forecasts and provide regular reports.
