Trader-Hire seeks skilled options traders to join as independent contractors. Trade firm capital across equity and options markets, with profits shared through a tiered split and access to institutional-level tools and mentorship.

Starting capital is up to $50,000, scalable to $500,000+, with profit-sharing from 65% to 90%. Fully remote work with flexible hours and frequent capital increases based on results. This role emphasizes independence and disciplined risk management.

Qualifications

• 2+ years trading options, equities, forex, or crypto.
• Experience with risk management and capital protection.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable trading workstation with internet connection.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute options strategies including directional, spread, and volatility plays
• Analyze implied volatility, Greeks, and options pricing models to identify opportunities
• Manage multi-leg options positions with disciplined risk protocols
• Monitor and adjust open positions based on market conditions and Greeks changes
• Maintain detailed logs of all options trades and strategy rationale
• Optionally collaborate with a network of remote traders for insights and growth
