Job summary

Trader Hire seeks stock and options traders to join its professional trading firm. You will trade firm capital across equity and options markets, keeping a significant share of profits while accessing enterprise-grade tools, mentorship, and a supportive trading community.

The role is fully remote with flexible scheduling; candidates must have 2+ years trading or investing experience and be comfortable operating as an independent contractor (1099).

Qualifications

• Two or more years of trading experience with a defined edge.
• Knowledge of options Greeks, FX fundamentals, or crypto market structure.
• Process-oriented mindset with attention to journal keeping and post-trade analysis.
• Independent, accountable, and committed to long-term trading development.
• Dependable computer setup and broadband connection for daily trading.
• Familiarity with scripting, automation, or analytical tooling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute options strategies including directional, spread, and volatility plays.
• Analyze implied volatility, Greeks, and options pricing models to identify opportunities.
• Manage multi-leg options positions with disciplined risk protocols.
• Monitor and adjust open positions based on market conditions and Greeks changes.
• Maintain detailed logs of all options trades and strategy rationale.
• Optionally collaborate with a network of remote traders for insights and growth.
