Qualifications

• 2+ years trading or managing investments in options, equities, forex, or crypto.
• Understand market mechanics, order types, and execution dynamics.
• Ability to manage risk and protect capital across changing conditions.
• Coachable and self-directed.
• Reliable trading workstation with redundant internet preferred.
• Familiarity with trading platforms is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute options strategies including directional, spread, and volatility plays.
• Analyze implied volatility, Greeks, and pricing models to identify opportunities.
• Manage multi-leg options positions with disciplined risk protocols.
• Monitor and adjust open positions based on market conditions and Greeks.
• Maintain logs of all options trades and rationale.
• Collaborate with a network of remote traders for insights and growth.
