Trader Hire, Des Moines-based but remote-friendly, seeks stock and options traders to manage firm capital across equity and options markets. You will trade with independence, access mentorship, and a supportive trading community.

The role is an independent contractor (1099) with capital allocation up to $50,000, scalable to $500,000+, and profit-sharing that starts at 65% and can grow to 90% based on performance. Flexible hours and remote work are offered.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of demonstrated trading experience in options, equities, forex, or crypto.
• Working knowledge of market mechanics, order types, and execution dynamics.
• Demonstrated ability to control risk and protect capital across changing conditions.
• Coachable, self-directed, and committed to ongoing skill development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute options strategies including directional, spread, and volatility plays.
• Analyze implied volatility, Greeks, and options pricing models to identify opportunities.
• Manage multi-leg options positions with disciplined risk protocols.
• Monitor and adjust open positions based on market conditions and Greeks changes.
• Maintain detailed logs of all options trades and strategy rationale.
• Optionally collaborate with a network of remote traders for insights and growth.
