Ladders is seeking a Sterilization & Monitoring Specialist for a remote US-based role. The position focuses on helping healthcare customers address sterilization and monitoring needs through consultative account management, building trusted relationships with clinical and economic stakeholders, and data-driven territory planning to drive growth.

The role requires collaborating with distribution partners and representing the organization at conferences and trade shows, with compensation in the US

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 2 years of sales/clinical experience, or HS diploma with 4 years' sales/clinical experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required.
