Solventum is seeking a Sterilization & Monitoring Specialist to engage hospital stakeholders in sterile processing, patient care areas, and quality. You will drive growth through targeted account management, data-informed strategy, and collaboration with distribution partners.

The role requires field-based responsibilities with up to 20% overnight travel. A valid driver's license and prior healthcare sales or clinical experience are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher plus 2 years in sales/clinical experience OR high school diploma/GED plus 4 years in sales/clinical experience.
• Experience in healthcare sales or clinical settings is required.
• Experience with CRM systems and territory planning is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with clinical and economic stakeholders.
• Achieve sales targets through account and territory management.
• Use data analytics to inform business planning and decisions.
• Identify and solve customer priorities and constraints.
