Solventum seeks a Sterilization Area Clinical Leader to partner with internal teams and customers, delivering education, clinical advisement and evidence-based value discussions. You will lead priority engagements, present data, and foster trusted relationships across hospitals and care sites.

The role requires a clinical background, strong presentation and communication skills, and the ability to travel with field-based responsibilities while ensuring compliance and ongoing professional

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 2 years of healthcare experience in a hospital, surgery center, or long-term care environment OR High School Diploma/GED with 4 years healthcare experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
• Current, valid Driver’s License.
