Job summary

Medline is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for the State & Local Government segment remotely in Pennsylvania, with in-person field coverage around Harrisburg. You will drive growth across assigned product categories, manage accounts, and support the Medline sales force with technical proposals and product implementations.

You’ll develop relationships with clinicians and hospitals, lead product evaluations, and coordinate with sales managers to meet quotas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of quota-based sales experience (or 5+ years with full-cycle sales).
• Experience in cold calling and account development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth in assigned product categories and territories.
• Prepare and present clinical/technical proposals to meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with Medline Sales Reps to grow targeted accounts and close opportunities.
• Plan and execute territory coverage, prospecting, and product evaluations.
• Maintain key physician, clinician and hospital relationships and conduct product trainings.
