Job summary

eXp World Holdings, Inc. seeks a Designated Managing Broker to oversee brokerage operations in the state, ensuring license law compliance, MLS participation, and risk management.

The role requires a proven track record as a supervising broker for a mid-to-large firm, along with the ability to lead teams, implement systems, and collaborate with legal and regional leaders. This is a strategic leadership position with wide-ranging responsibilities and a strong focus on agent support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent years of applicable experience.
• Minimum of 12 years of related experience preferred
• Proven track record as supervising broker of a medium to large firm
• Understanding of state real estate law and licensing requirements

Responsibilities

• Ensure brokerage operations in the state comply with license law, REALTOR association membership and MLS participation.
• Perform contract reviews to ensure legal and contractual compliance of transactions.
• Administer state trust accounts according to state law (if required).
• Lead state leadership team to deliver exceptional brokerage support to agents and clients.
• Provide training on contracts, risk management and state real estate law.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and legal to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Guide and mentor agents, respond promptly to requests, and problem-solve complex transactions.
• Manage relationships with local REALTOR associations and MLSs.
• Develop and improve state operations manuals and processes.
• Support growth of the state agent base with efficient brokerage operations.
• Coordinate communications and onboarding with managing brokers and regional teams.
