Job summary

Real REMAX Group is seeking a Regional Broker to oversee and support licensed agents across the state, ensuring compliance with regulations, MLS guidelines, and internal processes. You will guide contracts, risk management, and complex transactions while elevating agent performance.

The role emphasizes leadership, integrity, and a commitment to operational excellence, with travel within the state as needed to support a high-volume broker network and ensure a compliant, client-focused brokerage.

Qualifications

• 5+ years real estate experience including supervisory/management in a fast-paced brokerage
• Active real estate broker license in good standing with State Associations and NAR
• Strong legal and compliance background desired
• Ability to supervise and guide agents while ensuring regulatory compliance

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support licensed agents through contract reviews and licensing compliance.
• Guide agents on regulatory and best-practice standards.
• Manage risk by ensuring compliance with state licensing laws and MLS rules.
• Provide timely consulting on complex transactions and day-to-day compliance questions.
• Deliver training on contracts, state real estate laws, and risk management.
• Maintain accurate transaction and contract reviews using company systems.
• Stay current on state forms, legal updates, and regulatory changes.
• Partner with state broker and leadership on compliance initiatives and communications.
• Build strong agent relationships to promote professionalism and ethics.
