Job summary

Empower LLC is seeking a Brokerage Operations Processing Specialist for a remote nationwide role. You will efficiently review and process client requests, including enrollments, distributions, and complex transactions, while ensuring accuracy across multiple platforms.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 1+ years in brokerage operations, and FINRA 7 registration with fingerprinting. A supportive, inclusive environment and strong cross-functional collaboration are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional work experience.
• 1+ years of experience in brokerage services/operations
• FINRA 7 registration required
• FINRA fingerprinting required

Responsibilities

• Review and process client requests, including enrollments, distributions, transfers, and complex transactions such as estate settlements.
• Demonstrate expertise in Self-Directed Brokerage plan conversions and maintenance, managing setup, transactions, and research tasks with precision.
• Update and maintain client accounts across multiple platforms to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
• Thoroughly review required legal documentation for completeness before initiating processing.
• Collaborate with clearing firm representatives, brokers/traders, colleagues, and other stakeholders to clarify information and address inquiries
