Qualifications

• Active broker license and eligibility to serve as Broker of Record for NM.
• Solid knowledge of state real estate laws, licensing, and compliance.
• Experience leading compliance programs, risk management, and broker supervision.
• Ability to provide clear guidance to agents on contracts, disclosures, and forms.

Responsabilités

• Lead state-level compliance and broker supervision for New Mexico.
• Guide agents on contracts, forms, disclosures, and complex real estate matters.
• Monitor changes in state real estate laws, licensing, and MLS policies.
• Develop and deliver quarterly compliance training and materials.
• Manage complaints, audits, regulatory inquiries, and licensing matters.
• Collaborate with national leadership and internal teams to support statewide operations.
• Support agent retention and productivity through responsive broker support.
