Lexsy is seeking a detail-oriented legal professional to support startup and venture capital work through the Lexsy platform. The role focuses on operating Lexsy and checking the quality of its outputs, following established workflows, reviewing documents against quality standards, and escalating issues as needed.

Ideal candidates have corporate or transactional experience at leading firms outside the United States, with a U.S. LLM preferred for international candidates.

Qualificações

• Prior corporate or transactional experience at a leading law firm.
• Familiarity with startup and corporate documentation.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong written English.
• Comfort working with AI tools and learning new software.
• Reliable availability and ability to follow established processes.

Responsabilidades

• Use Lexsy to run workflows for company formations, corporate governance, equity documentation, and financing matters.
• Check that client information is complete and accurately reflected in the output.
• Review outputs against quality standards and checklists, including names, dates, amounts, ownership details, and consistency.
• Flag discrepancies, incomplete outputs, and exceptions for senior attorney review.
• Track matters through the review process and keep their status current.
