super{set} is seeking a practical, hands‑on Legal Counsel to support the company and portfolio across day‑to‑day corporate and commercial legal work. You will independently handle routine to moderate matters, partner with founders, investors, and external advisors, and drive efficient legal workflows.

Ideal candidates enjoy business‑facing legal work, ownership, and solving practical problems without needing to be the most senior lawyer in the room.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of legal experience, including corporate and commercial matters.
• In-house experience at a startup or venture-backed company is preferred.
• Ability to handle routine-to-moderate contracts and corporate work independently.
• Strong business judgment to balance risk, speed, and business goals.
• Clear written and verbal communication in business terms.
• High agency and comfort in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day corporate housekeeping and governance across the portfolio.
• Draft, review, and negotiate routine commercial contracts and NDAs.
• Assist with fundraising, transactions, and diligence coordination.
• Manage equity-related matters, cap table and option pools.
• Provide practical privacy, data, and AI‑related legal guidance.
• Create templates, playbooks, and processes to scale legal work.
