Job summary

destinationone Consulting is expanding rapidly across North America and seeks a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition for our Recruitment-as-a-Subscription Service (RaaSS).

In this remote role, you will leverage an existing book of business to sign strategic accounts across Municipal, HealthTech, Healthcare, Legal, and more, with an uncapped commission structure and equity options as incentives.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in Municipal, Healthcare, HealthTech, Non-Profit, Public Accounting, Legal, or Food sectors.
• Self-driven with ability to work independently in a remote role.
• Ready book of business is desirable.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients within designated region.
• Sell the Recruitment-as-a-Subscription Service (RaaSS) model to businesses.
• Leverage your existing network to build strong client relationships.
• Identify and engage decision-makers across Municipalities, Legal, Food, Non-Profit, Healthcare, HealthTech.
• Maintain outreach and follow-up to position destinationone as the go-to recruitment solution.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets with uncapped commission potential.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery.
• Bring in a minimum of 36 new accounts per year.
