Qualifications

• 5+ years in staffing.
• 2–3+ years in a supervisory position.
• HR expertise desirable.
• Strong computer/database skills.
• Ability to self-manage and work from home/nontraditional office location.
• No license required.
• Must pass criminal history/background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day office operations.
• Ensure accurate payroll and invoicing; coordinate with accounting.
• Supervise staff and ensure timely project staffing for clients.
• Resolve relational concerns professionally.
• Assist with recruiting as needed and manage ATS processes.
