This remote/full-time position includes responsibility for business development, client negotiations, and ensuring production standards are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2-4 years related business experience in related field.
• Previous experience in sales or client expansion position is required.

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit and interview candidates for direct-hire placement at client operations.
• Develop and implement recruiting plan to source top talent in market.
• Screen and interview candidates to meet direct-hire requirements.
• Conduct reference checks on all candidates.
• Maintain flow of candidates to meet production standards and client needs.
• Refer qualified candidates to clients for openings and document in system.
• Collaborate with Manager to set activity and result expectations.
• Develop and implement plan to generate new business opportunities for direct hire placements.
• Negotiate terms based on standard operating practices.
• Monitor client expectations and service levels to exceed needs.
