Job summary

ADVOC8 is seeking a remote Freelance Events Program Manager to liaison with clients, coordinate logistics, and oversee event kit production from our operations team. This role emphasizes managing client expectations, plan changes, and tight deadlines while coordinating with the warehouse and production teams.

You will split time between client/logistics management and hands-on kit prep duties, traveling occasionally to our Charlotte, NC warehouse.

Qualifications

• Client management experience handling changing plans and multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to keep programs on track despite shifting timelines and specs.
• Hands-on warehouse exposure and comfort with physical assets.
• Strong communication and problem-solving under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact for production logistics, timelines, and specs.
• Manage last-minute changes while preserving the schedule and deliverables.
• Lead planning calls to translate event needs into warehouse actions.
• Maintain proactive shipment status updates and issue flags.
• Direct warehouse team on kit assembly and quality control.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and assets.
