Crowe is seeking a Marketing Events Account Lead to drive operational planning, project management, and execution of assigned account events. You will serve as the primary event operations contact, partnering with stakeholders to define objectives, timelines, budgets, resources, logistics, and vendor coordination.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of event management experience, preferably in professional services, and can thrive in a remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on corporate event planning, logistics, and execution experience.
• Experience managing projects, budgets, timelines, and resources across multiple events.
• Experience establishing event objectives and measuring outcomes or ROI.
• Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned account events.
• Lead planning and execution of market-facing events, leadership meetings, and internal events.
• Develop and manage event project plans, including objectives, timelines, budgets, resources, logistics, technical requirements, and vendor coordination.
• Coordinate event intake, scheduling, and resource allocation with event and business leaders.
• Ensure events are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with firm policies and processes.
• Identify, source, and manage vendors based on event requirements and business needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support event execution and issue resolution.
• Facilitate attendee and engagement data handoff for post-event follow-up and reporting.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance event delivery and attendee experience.
