Ladders is seeking a Distinguished, Technical Program Manager to drive strategy and end-to-end delivery of large-scale technical initiatives in a global retail environment. The role collaborates with senior engineers and architects to shape direction, remove friction, and translate priorities into execution plans.

You will influence executive and board-level stakeholders while strengthening the TPM discipline across the organization. This is a remote position with substantial impact.

Formación

• 15+ years leading complex strategic programs in technical environments, including 2+ years at a senior IC level.
• Expertise in system architecture, software development, and infrastructure design.
• Analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and risk mitigation.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering large-scale software and infrastructure programs globally.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influence across VP-level organizations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategy and end-to-end delivery of multi-year technical initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and architects on technical strategy.
• Take ownership of ambiguous initiatives and develop clear execution paths.
• Identify and eliminate organizational silos and friction points.
• Communicate effectively with executives and board members.
• Champion the TPM discipline and mentor team members.
