Job summary
United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join the Wallets, Liquidity & Bridging team within the Platform organization. You will own the architecture and technical direction of wallet infrastructure, liquidity orchestration, and cross-chain bridging systems that move crypto assets across 55+ protocols for millions of users.
You will build and operate Go-based backend services, drive reliability and observability, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable
Qualifications
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with Go.
- Experience building large-scale distributed services.
- Hands-on blockchain experience including cross-chain bridging.
Responsibilities
- Own strategy, architecture, and roadmap for wallet, liquidity, and bridging systems.
- Build distributed backend services in Go for liquidity movements and cross-chain flows.
- Decompose monoliths into modular services for multiple teams.
- Collaborate with Trading, Custody, Staking, and platform teams to align wallet infrastructure with standards.
- Lead reliability, observability, and incident response for Tier-0 systems.
- Mentor engineers and shape engineering culture across the team.
