Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's in software engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years in software development.
• Deep understanding of real-time software architecture.
• Experience shipping safety-critical products.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Kubernetes cluster operations experience.
• Production-grade Terraform/IaC design.
• Experience with embedded or simulation workflows.
• Cloud architecture across AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Responsibilities

• Define observability standards for pipelines and runtimes.
• Mentor DevOps and simulation developers.
