• 12+ years of software development experience.
• Deep real-time systems architecture knowledge.
• Experience shipping safety-critical products.

Responsibilities

• Lead software engineering productivity and effectiveness.
• Define branching, release, and quality-gate standards.
• Architect enterprise-scale CI/CD for embedded, sim, and cloud workloads.
• Design GitOps-based delivery for multi-cluster Kubernetes.
• Mentor DevOps and simulation developers.
• Connect software, tooling, infra, test, and release into a coherent system.
