Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end feature development from data models to UI components.
- Lead technical direction and drive engineering best practices.
- Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and improve workflows.
- Collaborate with product/design to translate complex requirements.
- Architect and optimize systems for performance and scalability.
- Champion code quality, testing, and CI/CD.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in architecture and processes.
- Lead large releases to production with continuous deployment.
